At TRINITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all TRINITY garment tags are still attached and the items are in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
